Commuter Car Parking Program

Environmental Planning Manager responsible for the environmental planning and assessments of
various commuter car parks across Sydney Metropolitan and Greater Sydney Region.
Responsibilities included planning and assessments of multiple car parks under Part 5 of the EP&
Act, the Infrastructure SEPP specific to the program and relevant TCA planning requirements. The
role also included environmental management of Helensburgh commuter car park during
construction, this involves fortnightly site inspections to ensure compliance with environmental
management plans and other site related plans, monthly compliance reporting in accordance with
TCA’s EMS and undertaking environmental audits. Key aspect of the role included management of
professional services contractors, internal and external stakeholder consultation relevant to the
project and reviews of specialist studies.
